Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Superstar Automotive Recruiter based in Houston, TX. The Superstar Automotive Recruiter will be responsible for identifying and recruiting top-tier automotive professionals, building a strong network of candidates, conducting interviews, and matching candidates with suitable positions within automotive companies.

Must be a fearless, closer, hammer Recruiter who can call into shops to recruit top tier automotive technicians and advisorsRecruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Networking skillsAutomotive industry knowledge and experienceInterviewing and Candidate Assessment skillsStrong Communication and Relationship-building skillsExperience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Bullhorn)Proven track record of successful placements
